Jim T.          2000 BMW 528i

I took my 2000 528i to DeltaV after a drive belt disintegrated and wreaked havoc under the hood.  While it was there, I asked for a price on fixing the central locking in my car that would not work.  DeltaV correctly diagnosed the cause of the central locking problem and got it fixed, something I would have pulled my hair out trying to diagnose.  I was most appreciative that Glenn didn’t say he knew the source of the problem until he actually did, instead telling me that hadn’t figured it out yet until they did figure it out.  That inspires confidence.
